I take dogs for either half hour or one hour walks, depending on what he/she is used to and only a maximum of two dogs at any time, using local parks, woodlands and lanes. I will always ensure your dog's safety by keeping them on a lead at all times. If your dog requires vigorous exercise, I can also take him/her for a run, as I run on a regular basis myself.
I will towel dry your pet on arrival back home, if it's a wet day or brush him/her to remove any mud.
I would like to meet and get to know your dog on the initial visit before I start to walk him/her, to allow us to get to know one another, both pet and owner.
Before I take him/her out I will take full details from you about his/her likes and dislikes and any medical problems, he/she may have, so I can ensure his/her well-being at all times.
If your dog does not need a walk and just requires some company whilst you are working or out for the day, I can go to your home, let him/her out in the garden, play and give some affection to break up his/her day.
If your dog is recovery from an illness, I can give him/her any medication he/she requires.
My visits will be tailor made to suit whatever you require for your pet.
Puppy Visits
Puppies are very delightful and adorable, but they also require a lot of love and attention. So whilst you are out at work, I will call in and visit your puppy, this will help to get them into a routine, in these early days & give them some company if they're lonely. I will let them out into the garden for a toilet break, clear up any accidents and change their bed if necessary, play with them and sit with them and give lots of love and affection.
